There’s a time to laugh, a time to play and a time to get serious. In a time of transition a lot is going on. It’s important to keep your eyes on your own paper and stop cheating by looking at others. It’s like having Test B when the person beside you has Test A – the answers are not the same! So cheating does you no good! Instead you should taking the time to study and know your own answers. My life transitions are all pretty major right now. God is moving things in and out of my life at a rapid pace. I feel like any given moment a hurricane is going to come through and completely up root every last bit of my life… One thing is for sure – the quicker you get “it” – the quicker you move on. God is teaching/training me right now for future things to come in my life. The hard part is seeing God move people out of my life… but perhaps I pushed too hard for those people to stay in? I really had to get to a point where I wasn’t getting mad because of surrounding situations. I was getting offended because people were not following through with conversation they had had with me. But God reminded me – nicely – I don’t need them. I need Him. There is not much more you can say to that when God speaks. lol
Transitions are hard. Read the novel – it has everything you need to relate to and see how it was handled. Affairs. Scandel. Cheating. Murder. Lieing. Forgiveness. Healing. Second chances. Birth. Death. Friendship. Despair. Struggles. Insecurity. Deception. Overcoming. Family. Love. Music. Travels. You name it – and it’s there. Keep pushing forward. Remember that God always has your best interest at heart. If you are going to invest in something make it your time with Him. He will use others around you to speak to you (the importance of knowing those around you and what they stand for) and move you forward. Just don’t fall so in love with other things that you fall out of love with God.
I’m reminded we need to stay strong. Don’t throw away the gifts God has already given you. Perseverance is key to a lot of things in life :). Have a blessed day and keep your chin up! More is coming right around the corner. Just because YOU don’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not there.
Hebrews 10:35-36
35 So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. 36 You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
